Now that we have 40mp sensors that yield a 24mp 1.2 crop do you use it to change your framing in camera? I have been using it more on my X-T5 when shooting primes. A couple of benefits is smaller raw files with only the 24mp being kept and being able to see things as they enter the frame. Would like to hear other user thoughts.
Had the function assigned to a custom key for a while but rarely used it. 1.2x is not much. Looking forward to the X-E5 with 1.4x and 2x crop. Hope that works somehow with LR.
