p.1 #1 · LRC 14.4: slow transitioning from what photo to the next

Both my wife and I have noticed LRC 14.4 is very slow transitioning to the next photo. I don't normally have auto update on but I think it must have been set to auto when I installed the software on my new computer a few months ago and it auto updated to 14.4.

It would seem very unlikely that it is my computer, given the specs:

Windows 11 Pro
i9-14900KF, 3200 Mhz, 24 Core(s), 32 Logical Processor(s)
64GB DDR5 6000 CL30 dual channel
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070
WD Black SN850X NVMe M.2 PCI-E v4.0 x4 1TB SSD (C: drive)
WD Black SN770 NVMe M.2 PCI-E v4.0 2TB SSD (D: drive)

When I watch Task Manager, I see memory at about 40% and all other performance indicators are very to very very low.

I dug around the net and found the Dashboard software for WD/Sandisk that supports these drives. Diagnostics indicate that "no problems detected" and the drives are "100% normal".

I have tried shutting down LRC and restarting but the problem persists. Likewise with rebooting the computer.

Has anybody else experienced this? Found a resolution or that it is a but waiting a fix?

Thanks
