John, these are absolutely wonderful -- I love 'Screechers'. I haven't seen or heard many around here for a while -- I'm jealous! Nice work!
By the way, I saw your comment to Karl about finding some hummers. I've already made reservations for my wife and I in Rockport, Tx in September for the annual 'Hummerbird Celebration' -- Sept. 18th thru 21st.
If there's anyway you could make it, you will get more hummer shots than you can count -- they'll be like bees down there, loading up with nectar for their migration across the Gulf. There's all kinds of great bird photo opportunities, and the cool thing is that the Rockport Chamber of Commerce (the Headquarters) will provide you with a booklet listing over 20 homes in the area where people let you come photograph the hummers to your hearts content -- no charge. There's a raptor demonstration at the high school and a hummer banding demonstration. It's all very cool! Plus you at the beautiful Texas Coast -- great seafood to be had!

You couldn’t get many more heads through that hole John. They just keep on coming. What a super set honestly, I’ve just love them. I love these little birds. I love hearing them out in the woods. When I was younger I could do a pretty good call and I used to have them all around me talking to me. Great fun.
