Beets? Well, according to the farmer, they are allegedly radishes. Did not know they came in colors. They come in a variety of colors, including white, black, pink, purple, yellow, and even multi-colored varieties like the watermelon radish. Who would have thunk that.
These are radishes "Mich" And Harold is absolutely correct. Just ask FM Member-Jeffery. He posted an image from a Farmer's Market of multicolored carrots. I PM'd him and he sent me a bunch! They are much sweeter than the "orange" carrot.
This also goes for radishes..
