Really nice! I love the composition and framing of the mountains, gets my vote!
Thank you very much. Both for your nice comment and your vote! I am very happy about this. I will pass it on to nature, which has organized this fascinating view for me.
Beautiful shot. What mountains are those? The view reminds me what I saw flying back to Anchorage from Lake Clark National Park in Alaska, but we were flying in a little 4-seat Cessna.

That must have been a great experience, especially in a plane like this. I'd love to see that one day.
Very nice photograph. Your post title and the jet plane image immediately triggered a memory of a song from many years ago when I was young. "Leaving on a Jet Plane" was written by John Denver, but its most famous version was sung by Peter, Paul and Mary (I told you it was a looong time ago). Here are the two lines that seem apropos:
'Cause I'm leavin' on a jet plane
Don't know when I'll be back again
Thank you, Tom, for your feedback. I'm glad that my photo and the title I chose has brought back positive memories and associations.
That's the beauty of photography. And: A very beautiful song! I actually only knew the John Denver version. I'll listen to the other one today. I think this song (as I remember it) is definitely connected to the moment I had when I flew to a new destination, somewhere I'd never been before, and watched the beauty of our planet pass by outside the window. The weather must have been perfect, because on the return flight (although it wasn't actually bad weather (it was actually good)), I didn't experience this spectacle again.
So thank you again for sharing your memory. Very beautiful.
