I like the idea of it, but to me there are too many elements competing for the viewer's attention, from the two rooflines, the holiday graphics on the kiosk, and the large railing system obscuring the man. The exposure is fine, but I would go back out and re-take a cleaner version of that same idea.
I too like the colors but if the focus is on the man, I suggest using larger aperture. Juding by the look, I think it might be f8, using larger apurture might help to sofen the foreground and background.
