The areas are ropes off but of course the babies don't pay attention to that. I still see too many people with their dogs off leash, that bothers me when the babies are around and I am a dog owner.
I usually head down after 5 p.m. Then you don't need a parking pass and I try to go to the end of the beach that is less populated.
