That is powerful combination of elements, height, color and contrast. Wow, that amber coloring is just awesome Rajan. The play of the winding river in the second one is very nice. I think #2 is my fav
The Winter scene hides so much of the richness in color and drama of the contrast of what this area offers, a dramatic difference for sure.

Thank you, Amigo Dan. Yes, the Icelandic Highlands are an alien world, but also very fragile. Thus far access to them is not that easy. But for how long is anyone’s guess. Even Antarctica is being made more and more accessible for the masses now.
Rajan, I just viewed these images on a large TV and it looks so dramatic. Your set definitely earns my vote. Thanks for sharing such amazing highland images that most will never get to see. My Iceland journey continues thru your lens. Excellent
