I only have photography experience with the R7 and 30ms is enough in many cases, so the electronic shutter is usable in this body, but definitely not that faster to be rolling shutter free.
I think in most cases the limit where rolling shooters are not an issue is a sensor readout speed of around 8-10ms.
That list is rather out of date and incomplete. I read that the Canon R1 has one of the faster speeds up there with ~2.8ms or ~1/360th and even the R5 II is ~6.3ms or 1/160.

The rumor is that the M2 will have a stacked sensor. Really cool if it turns out to be true.
