P.S.: The lyrics from the Canadian national anthem seems apropos.
O Canada!
Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all of us command.
With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North strong and free!
From far and wide,
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
there are many words for this set of pictures; cute, adorable, amazing, excellent, the list can go on. you really nailed it with your processing. handled all the whites superbly. thanks for sharing.
The wonder of the photographs goes without saying and is as excellent as your all of your previous work that I have seen here.
It is the sentiment of brotherly support which provokes comment - I guess it is difficult for many of you South of the Border to imagine the inevitable reaction of fear and rejection when, after many decades of close mutually supportive relationship, the elected head of the neighbouring country suddenly proposes to undermine that trust and threatens your independence by whatever means - be it economic or by implication military. The most nasty marital divorce pales into insignificance by contrast but a not dissimilar but large scale fundamental shattering of trust is unavoidable for the over 40 million of us up here - no matter how much we value our personal relationships with our many individual friends and colleagues to the South.
I am no enemy of America just a quiet and occasional critic (as any true friend may be , and ought to be, at times) and I do not propose to continue any political discussion here (which would be totally inappropriate) but as we all say from time to time, "just saying" as the point was mentioned.

These are all amazing Eric. What lens do you use for these beauties.
Dave
Thanks Dave. These were taken with a Canon EF600mm f4 with a 1.4 and 2.0tc depending on the distance, lighting and atmospheric conditions.
