I wanted to purchase an Epson ET-8550 printer, I always start with B&H and then shop around. Everyone had it for the same price obviously Epson controls the advertised pricing in this case. So, I did a chat with B&H asking for a little help on pricing, while on chat they made a compensation on listed price for me. Yes, I told them I have been a long time Fred Miranda forum member and a previous customer. The fact that the decision was quick and easy was greatly appreciated!
Then of course the sale that Espon promoted was ending that day and the help from B&H had me place my order. Always great to get free shipping and no tax with their credit card too. Well, there is always a twist right? Two days later the price drops another $30 below what I paid and it was also advertised for this lower price at other retailers, grrrrr my luck. So, I reach out to B&H and submitted a 'price adjustment on prior purchase', within an hour I received a response that my account was being credited the difference in pricing, $30! Easy, quick and beaming full of customer service and appreciation of the customer
Thank You B&H for being much more than just an internet store, thank you Fred Miranda for having us linked it with them and thanks to the entire staff at B&H Photo for continuing to support us here on FM

Did you "drop" the name Henry Posner Karl?
Try that next time. You might find it "gold"!
Glad you are happy! We rarely hear about the "good" service/sales about B&H or anyother dealer.
Stay warm brother! Frigid hear! I have a 16 ft icicicle!
Need to grab a shot of it as temps warm into the 50's by the weekend!

Yes he is retired and lovin life Karl. More time with family and wife!
He "dropped" in here on FM about 2-3 months ago to say "Heh"..gave his new email address and of course I failed to record it!!!!
