If you like close-ups, you might consider the APO-Lanthar. It's quasi-half macro, offering ~0.30x magnification without any additional adapter.

Been reading that review. Thanks for all the info. Will look at the Lanthar. But gotta give this one a go first. The monstera is my goto subject in the house now that my beloved model Freya has gone on to greener pastures. 😞
