My mother brought this family recipe from her hometown of Serrastretta, Italy 1920's. Everything is fresh but the imported whole strawberries. That is unless it is spring strawberry season. Then all is farm fresh! Even the cheese!

The bread is freshly made daily and you can buy it at a local resturaunt.
It is VERY good! Great for just olive oil with herbs/spices and a cold brew!
