Apparently the same or worse than the m240.
24mp is long in the tooth for a high entry point rangefinder imo. Probably save up for when they release a better performing sensor, which is a shame since the previous crop sensor model was more highly regarded from what I recall...
Impressive that they are continuing development at this pace for such a small and new company. Looks like a much more substantial, robust body from possibly a single piece rather than the sandwich construction of the current version. Here is a screenshot image just lightened up in PS.
I noticed parts of the image load at slightly different times and realized it is actually made up of two images, one with the filename "teaser-pixii-2025" and the other "VF-overlay"
Just imagine how successful they could be if they open source their camera software...
I wanna cheer for the underdog, but man, after reading this review, I feel that they have a ton of software kinks to work out before they move on to a new body here. Hate feeling like the overall experience with any Pixii camera would be a $5k beta experiment rather than a polished one.
- terrible metering
- software glitches, freezes, buggy operation
- unreliable app
- color cast with lens
