My 85-year old pal; Frank, photographed today with my nameless new pal, an 85 GMII.

Still not pretending these little experiments will show everything folks want to know about this lens. But my feelings on its rendering are already up there, after just 2 days.

Pretty nice shot. The light blob kind of bugs my eye, and then the ladder does to a lesser extent. Maybe I only really see the ladder because of the bright blob... Looks like a nice image of the guy however, nice light on his face.

Hope I look as good as he does if I make to my 80's Jacques! My bald head looks like the craters on the moon from pre-cancerous melanoma removal.
