Fun idea, and a great start! I'll even continue the Russian River and Q subthemes. Their east coast distribution is very limited, so it was a real treat to visit your "local pub" a few times during a trip out to your area.
Great photo with a bunch of stories to tell, but the most intriguing is the single woman smiling at the camera. It’s subtle, but adds a lot to the photo!

Glad you got a chance to visit the RR in Santa Rosa. We are truly blessed to have one the great breweries a 10 min bike ride from our home.
Another great bar in Santa Rosa is La Rosa... a terquilaria...
Your image could be posted in the B&W, People and the Street....forums very well Matt! Even ALL 3!!!!! Just check the boxes at the bottom of the message!

Yours are greatcompositions! Yes the lovely cowgirl would have me buying her a beverage and asking her if she would like a copy? And can I have your phone number? Sorry Suzanne!

If you ever find yourself in Philadelphia, make sure you get to Monk's Cafe. Always a great tap list, usually including at least one from RR. This one was shot in the back bar, and if you look very carefully at the reflection, it even stays with your "Pubs and People" theme.

Re: Beautiful cowgirl... I know! that would be THE PERFECT phone number ask.
Surf City, NC...and yes, that is indeed a toilet bowl at the entrance
This was actually 12 years ago and evidenced by the guy holding the flip phone. While living in Winston Salem, NC, my wife (girlfriend at the time) and I made a spur of the moment decision to rent a beach house in Surf City. These were the days of having zero responsibilities beyond our work. We stumbled upon this gem and it actually turned out to be a memorable night that we still talk about to this day.
