Had the good fortune to spend a few nights in the Sierras recently. Mostly near Thousand Island Lake and Lake Ediza. This is a series of refelctions captured during the trip. The first two (a color and b/w version) were inspired by an earlier thread here - Grand Teton Night - when I realized I'd be at Thousand Island lake one night after the full moon. Wouldn't have thought to try the shot otherwise - certainly glad I did. It is one of my favorites of the trip.
Beautiful captures! Love them all.
I really enjoy getting into the backcountry (Montana, Wyoming, Idaho) and shooting my moonlight, so that first one really appeals to me

These are wonderful! The first one would sure make a wonderful large metal print. Love the B&W version too.
Very nice work!

Thanks all - already missing summer in the mountains!
Certainly thinking about getting a print of the first. Need to figure out where it might go though.
