p.1 #2 · Norman 22" beauty dish to Einstein Einstein E640. Any solution ?
If you are handy and bit creative you may be able to replace the Norman mount with an Einstein one. If so buy yourself a metal reflector that fits your Einstein and has a similar curvature of the back of your Norman BD. You'll have to cut it down making some tabs that you can either rivet or bolt onto the BD.
I did this with my Speedotron BD and swapped out the mounting ring with a Bowens one.
