This is a Schneider Kreuznach 95mm f/2 lens with variable aperture for Pentax 645. Works great and I have not had any problems with it. It gives an even shallower depth than the Contax 80mm f/2 lens because it is 95mm (about 65 I think equivalent on a 35mm camera.). I really liked the lens, but I found that I needed a bit wider. I believe Lens Boutique did the modification for the Pentax 645 mount, but I am not positive.
Glass is very clean (looks perfect to me with some dust which is normal). Focus and aperture are smooth and work well.
