Google Drive or Drop Box on the cheap. While google drive may be seen as unprofessional, almost everyone has a gmail account and can access the files easily.
Dropbox's ability to share files started this whole thing and I know quite a few older pros that still use it for delivery because of reliability of full Rez files.
For viewing, you could use the adobe portfolio included in the subscription ... and simply change them out.

Shootproof, Pixeset, etc. have a a very professional gallery templates. If you want to do more weddings, I suggest presenting the most professional gallery you can. Clients love the extra step taken to “wow” them and usually share the links with others, and thus, free advertising for your work. Handing them a thumb drive drive with unedited photos looks cheap.

I have always used Zenfolio. The clients have the option to buy prints through Mpix and I give them the option to download files directly off of that site to print wherever they choose. I highly recommend printing through Mpix though. It works for me and I can password protect the gallery or just certain photos. It costs me $216 a year and I upload every galley and share with clients.

I've always used google drive with no issues. I also send the couple a hard drive so they have a physical representation of the wedding. That said, always back storage / delivery into pricing to help shoulder the cost because higher value is more important than cheap!
