Many thanks Dan! Love to shoot water lilies/ lotus, especially when I own a new camera like the 100sII (my first time to have sensor bigger than FF) I will do a test with them, it is because the petals is having neon effect which can test the highlight tone capability of a camera easily, this big sensor actually blown away my M43 OM system in term of fidelity (I shot both at the same time for comparison) as the different is so obvious even without pixel peeping.
MY situation is the same "Double K"! MY 100sii is my first MF body and sensor. The local lily pons grower has a few hundred acres of huge growing ponds for his hundreds of varieties of water lilies and lotuses. It closed in February 2025.

Market Street GFX100s ii GF45-100mm
#1 This was freshly painted and the semi wet paint gave off a bluish glare(from the deep blue sky) to the dog's coat. Not sure I like it..chime in if you want.

I like it. When I looked at the image I was drawn to the dog statue right away.

Thanks Robert!
It was a nice time of the day for reflections and bright light(1pm+-). Market Street is tree lined and 2 lanes 1-way. The angle of the sun made for some good shoots..at least in my head!
"Charity" caught me nearly right off...Reason?...I associate the name "Charity" with a female. The dog is anatomically a male. ??
Thanks!
Dan
Love your "child" as an avatar! We were cocker spaniel parents for many many years.

I also have to work a few commencements. These things are exhausting. I am at least smart enough to not use my GFX stuff for them Danpbphoto wrote:
That time of year Marcus, when all those long hours of study and meeting deadlines has paid off!

F no . I know graduation commencements. I need more speed and versatility than what I have on GFX. GFX is a portrait, planned shoot camera to me. Been working them for years. At most the 100S would be a tertiary camera for specific shots at most. Danpbphoto wrote:
Take it along for "comfort" Marcus. "Repitition is the Mother of Learning"! The more we use ours the more familiar we become with the camera.
