My most favorite of any creature!
Great composition!
Back here(Maryland) we do call them Shasta daisies
Give Daisy a huge for me please!
Dan
Thanks Dan! I love my dogs, Daisy is my 3rd Labrador over 24 years. She is technically a Yellow Lab, but she is very nearly white. Wonderful pets all 3 but all with unique personalities. The Camomile flowers are tiny, only about an 1" across. We have Shasta Daisies but they are much bigger and aren't as prolific. Camomile also smell really good, the dogs seem to like the smell.

Unique edit to highlight the striking mural colors, Dan, I enjoyed that one especially!
Thank you "Double K"! I like selective coloring when a subject warrants it. Being early Spring, no leaves and a rather drab surroundings, I chose to use it! I am amazed at the Fuji raw files and the retention of vibrancy they retain despite being a raw file.
Appreciate your comments!

GFX100sii GF45-100...Still learning the Fuji system and all its bells and whistles..
I am very impressed in the raw files versus what I was used to with Canon DSLR's.
Very minimal post processing to render the colors as seen with my olde eyes!
The blurred pinwheel was hand held at 400ISO, 1/90..I have hand tremors so the IBIS is wonderful!

Sharp, crisp compositions "Double K"! Beautiful view! Vibrant colors.....the Fuji file system seems to really render vibrant files that need very little, if any, adjustment.
Well done!

Nice separation and framing, David, now I want to know if he caught the fish!

Trying out my new GF100-200 c&c appreciated.
Looks like the 100-200 is suiting you well, Dan, it looks like a fun walk-around travel shot and we are right there with you. I'm curious what the building looks like zoomed out, or which of the decorations you're most interested in as a main subject.

And then a squall came and covered everything in a veil of rain.
I really like seeing the squall progress, Peire, with the last shot foreground in sharp, clear focus, maybe this was the first shot and then everything gets covered. I find a lot of peace viewing these with your chosen composition, thanks for sharing!

That tree has an amazing personality. I imagine you can work that subject again and again.
Thanks, Scott, I was intrigued when I first saw the tree seem to struggle and survive winter with the melting spring snow, and the wind-blown ridge causing the growth forced inward. I hike here often but haven't noticed it before. If you're interested, here's what I saw through my Across-set EVF, but as Dan said about appreciating Fuji colors, I decided on Velvia since the colors were so vibrant. I'll take your advice and revisit through the seasons!

This was taken at our local "petting zoo". The building is just a shed and items were on display...
Tomorrow I hope to get out and do some serious shooting.
I was really not interested in a "main subject". I wanted to give the 100-200 a test and new the "farm" was closed for tourists but I "snuck" in to try the lens out!
Thanks!
Dan

Today, I joined the GFX club. Got a new 100S II. I feel like a newbie, starting all over but it will be fun to take my time. Went for a dog walk with the 45/2.8 and the camera on some basic settings. Images are pretty much SOOC with just some minor tweaking. This is going to be a fun camera!

Awesome setup and great choice with the 45 for a walk around with your dog, Bob, excited to see what you create!
