Loved his "twang" guitar rifts! I grew up listening to his music from radio stations all across the US.
RIP brother! We are losing these "relics" way to fast now. This is a true sign of growing older!

addendum: he was a guest star on "Have Gun Will Travel" episode "Be Not Forgetful of Strangers" a Christmas episode. S6.E15

a friend of mine (Dan Daley) also so had written a treatment for a show he was supposed be the lead in way back that never came to be.
