A dirty frame from a recent portrait session I did yesterday. Initially I was going to remove the lights and expand the backdrop in Photoshop, but in the end I decided that I like it with those elements in the shot. I think it adds to the overall lightheartedness of this photo. There are many more from this shoot, but I will share them another time when I have more of them edited and ready to share.
Photographed using a Canon 5D MKIII with a Canon EF 35mm f/2 lens. Lit using four Profoto D2's, two of which were in strip boxes and geled for the warm rim lighting, one in a strip box with a grid positioned directly above the subject for a hair light, and one in a large octabox for the main light. This is the most lights I've ever used in any studio session.
