I started a project at my surgery center where I use OR spot lights as strobes to take BW portraits for our physicians and staff. We print them as canvases and hang them up around the OR. Here are my first few. Three of them are my long time anesthesiologists. Two of them are retiring this year, so this is also my retirement present to them. Everything was shot with 90 Elmarit and M10R or M11.

Incredible...like being in the room with them-despite the black and white. Speaking of which-has to be some of the best conversions I've seen. Just "wow".
