Hello. I planned the trip myself. Plenty of online information on sites to visit. I aligned my the places to stay near the best bird spots. Most of the good spots are no more then a 3 hour drive of each other There are several companies that run winter time tours to Hokkaido, I wouldn’t be able to recommend any of them but others on fm might be able to

That photo was taken with a Z9 and 12-24mm z lens.
