p.1 #1 · Could this be a female Baltimore Oriole ?
I'm in the process of creating My Bird List on my website. I'm at about 145 that I have a decent photograph of as of now. I'm having a problem differentiating between a juvenile and a female. Any assistance from the experts here would be appreciated.

Nice shot, it sure looks like a Robin.
Thanks Louie but it's definitely a Baltimore Oriole. Consulting my field guide and google I just can't make the determination. I guess the juvis and females are very similar and this is a rare visitor for me.

Female Baltimore orioles can vary from a pale greenish to what I believe you see here. I'd venture this is closer to an adult female though rather than a juvenile. The Cornell website All About Birds has some intersting photos to compare.

Hey John. I started it years ago when I used to shoot weddings and seniors. I don't do anything for pay anymore but there's so much stuff on there I just can't quit it so now I just use it as an organizational tool.
