@yukosteel recently shared a disassembly guide for the Voigtlander 35mm f/1.5 Nokton Type I. This article demonstrates the process of opening the Voigtlander 35mm F1.5 Nokton to clean dust from the aperture chamber. Unlike older Cosina lenses such as the Voigtlander 35mm F1.4 Nokton, this procedure is not straightforward.
"Voigtlander 35mm F1.5 Nokton lens has advanced mechanics with more complex design comparing to older 35mm Nokton lens model. Maintenance and cleaning of optical area is more difficult process. From the other side it's great to see that both focusing infinity and RF precision calibration are implemented by classic set of brass shims with relatively easy access. That is allowing to precisely tune lens copy focusing to the RF camera."
@yukosteel,
The mechanical design appears to be similar to the Voigtlander 28mm f/1.5 Nokton. However, with the latter, accessing the rangefinder adjustment shims is much easier. You don't even need to remove the rear mount. This doesn't seem to be the case with the CV 35/1.5 Nokton. Correct?
Good question, Fred. I think it's still possible to reach RF shims without removing the lens mount, if you use narrow cylinder to unscrew top RF ring (with diameter smaller than mount ring inner diameter. In my case the 3D-printed cylinder is a bit too wide, so I had to remove mount ring first.
