I signed up for Fred Miranda almost 13 years ago but have just been a lurker since... Trying to sell a camera so figured I might as well drop a photo or two!

These images are from September 2023. Amboseli National Park, Kenya.

ps... if anyone has any tips as to how to post these images at a higher resolution lmk! 1.4mb image size limit is challenging.

Beautiful scenery, color and fascinating and mammoth subject! These all look very good on my 5k monitor other than the whites on #1 are showing a little hot for me perhaps? #3 might also look very good in a tighter pano comp?

Hope you have more to share and that your first camera sale goes well too

Very nice. For much higher resolution you can link to Flickr which a lot of people do.

Congrats on your first post ! Like you I did not post for many years after joining. A friend and fellow member encouraged me to finally post. To this day he still helps on all aspects of my photo journey. He told me posting would make me better. I couldn't understand how, he was 100 % right.
There are great photographers on here, it can be very intimidating. You have a great first post, hopefully we will see more from you.

for your first post, you knocked it out of the park. excellent set of pictures. really highlight magnificent animals. i'll probably never make to see elephants in the wild, so thank you for sharing your pictures. keep them coming when you can.

These are great. Hard to pick a favorite. I think b&w works really well for elephants.

Great series of images, you should definitely post more often.
I think the whites are a touch too hot on the egrets.
Love the head-on Tusker image.
