Apparently, it all started with Hurricane Hillary last October. There are still 540 miles of roads closed and more and more rain keeps coming-10 days ago 3/4" and it rained all day today and the forecast for tomorrow and onwards is perhaps another 1". That is enough to damage roads and infrastructure again so they say. Most of us left today since the forecast was 3 more days of rain.
