Nice lighting Rich. That rim light is doing its job separating you from the background and draws the shape of your face very well. This is my favorite of your recent self portraits. Keep up the good work, and let's hear some of your fine guitar playing.
The only thing I might consider is maybe taking down the tone on your right hand just a bit so it's not the brightest thing in the shot.

I see what you mean about the hand. Didn’t notice it so much last night but now that you mention it, it is a bit too bright.
