I caught this shot of our boxer, 'BJ' the other day, while testing out a new lens.
He was watching some other dog being walked, and wondering why it wasn't him. :-)

A beautiful "child" Greg! Ever on guard he be!
He is certainly focused as were my "kids" perched on the bed watching the people and other pups go by our house.
Give him a pet for me and tell him "good boy"!

Thanks Dan! He is a good boy, and gets spoiled rotten. He's a real 'mommy's boy'. Like all boxers, if he's not on guard duty, he's either whining at me, or being a complete clown act. :-)

Brings back fond memories of a boxer that I had when I was a kid. Wonderful dog! We named him Spiro (he looked like Spiro Agnew ;-)).
Thanks for the comment. I'm trying to picture in my head, a boxer that looks like Spiro Agnew -- I just can't quite get there. :-)
It seems that people come up with pretty creative and often funny names for boxers. There's a very funny on-line video of a boxer named 'Rodney', whose lady owner makes him move out of the driver's seat in her car -- Rodney is not happy about it, moves to the passenger seat, but will not look at her. :-) His name somehow fits him.

Spiro Agnew Wow..and I thought only Marylander's knew of him!
Congrats Greg! You both deserve kudos!!!!! This picture of Mr. Agnew is 100% a lookalike!
His father was Greek and when I lived near Baltimore I would eat at his favorite Greek resturaunt and see him there many times!
I was in Vietnam when his demise presented itself. Not good for him but I respected him for the accomplishments he did!

Funny, I see what you mean. I wonder if he drooled when someone said,"Treat!" -- like our 'BJ' does.
Actually, during Agnew's time in office I was already married, raising two daughters and racing motocross! :-)
Have a safe and blessed New Years Day!
