John, a very nice series. No one I noticed asked about the orange band/collar around the neck.

I have to assume he/she we banded by some environmental agency.

What an exciting set of encounters with this beautiful wolf! Man those eyes and the eye contact you captured is mesmerizing. Got goosebumps from a few with intensity of that gaze, wow they all are beautiful. Love the cornstalk and watering hole shots and the early morning one with collared Mom and her offspring!

Boy what a great set John sharp as a tack. #3 & 11 for me. These are lean looking wolves, but beautiful. You,re a lucky guy, wolves are on my wish list.

What fabulous canids! Gorgeous photos...you are indeed very fortunate...next my wolf will be my first. I can't comment about their size but I'm always surprised by how big they are when I see them in captivity or on a wildlife show.

Thanks so much Gary ! Number 3 was my first good looks at these wolves. There was a lot of vegetation in the way I kept hoping there would be an opening. I liked # 3 as well

Are you seeing these wolves in Ohio? I have heard there are a few in NC, but there is some resistance to them from locals.
