My daily 10-11 mile run/walks have really become a struggle lately the motivation is fading I think part of the problem same route day in day out and pedal to the metal looking at my watch continuously and not even looking or appreciating my surroundings. So today I said time to change it up threw the awesome little Lumix LX10 pocket camera in my shorts pocket and headed to the trails about a 15 minute walk from my house. I only got in 5.5 miles today but took my time took over 100 pictures and as my wife said stop and enjoy the nature the world is showing before us and that I did.
Ray, I think you should slow down and take more photos on your walks. These are marvelous images and even better that they are so close to home! The highlighting on the mushroom caps is stunning not to mention capturing that beautiful light on the trail photos.
Keep it up.
Voted.
Congrats! Fantastic compositions!

As an olde fart Ray...my enthusiasm wanes now and then. I have to get out the funk by doing something else...FORCING myself to do it. Heh, it's part of life.! Looks like you found your solution!
Wow, these are wonderful. No.1 is simply outstanding and would make a fantastic large, high gloss metal print!
The contrasting orange, blue, and green colors in that first one really make it stand out. Well done!
