is an artist selling his work on Broadway in Soho, NYC, a busy thoroughfare. He's originally from Chiapas, Mexico but has been in the US for some time. We chatted for a while and he told me that he's self trained. He loved drawing as a child but unfortunately his mother discouraged him. It was only several years ago that he regained his passion and direction. He had a pile of postcards that I looked through showing other projects that he's working on, especially works in color that I liked. He had a lively, friendly personality that I thought came through in his personality and in his work.
