I was shooting a SF-24d on my MP all weekend. So light and does the trick perfectly. Also works well on Q2M and Q3 FYI. I also have a SF-40 which is just perfect for all M bodies.
Scratch the little Meke MK320 off the list. I had one a while back and it worked great with my Sony A7II and the Nikkormat FT2 and thought I had tried it on a Leica but I was wrong. The pin at the front of the shoe won't let the flash foot slide in far enough for the pin to make contact with the one on my M4-2. I'll keep it in case I ever decide to use the Sony for more than scanning negative. My ancient Vivitar 252 will continue to stay in the bag.
