Anyone knows what's the fastest the Q2 can write to the SD card? The Lexar UHSii cards are on sale. I want to get a back up. I have a 2000x from a9. The 1800x and 1667x are much cheaper. If the Q2 can't even go to 260mb/s write speed of the 2000x, I'll probably pickup a bigger 1800x. I checked the Q2 data sheet, there seems to be no official data about this.

I just bought a new card for my Q2, went with Sandisk V60 (caught the flash sale). I forget what the spec was for the Q2, but here's a question (or two) for you. I think it is somewhere in the 180mb/s (unverified) neighborhood ... so even if the 150mb/s is a little lite on the write, I went with the storage.
If the difference between 2000x and 1800x is 10%, and the size of cards are 200% increments ... will the 10% extra write speed be more important to you than the 200% storage diff.
Bear in mind also ... you said this is a backup card for you. If you fill your primary card, is it really about the speed that got you to your backup card, or the volume?

So the 1800x which can go up to 180mb/s is $40 for 128GB vs 2000x card which is $120 right now and can go up to 260mb. If the Q2 can only go up to 180mb/s write speed, the 1800x is the much better value.

My experience has been that with the Q2, even using UHS-1 cards, that my incremental shots don't really require a fast write speed. BUT, when I go to download a card FULL of the 47MP files, a slow read speed hurts way more than a slightly slower write speed. But, if your use case is rapid firing sequential frames with the Q2 on a regular basis, ymmv.
