Got up early and shot this image just before dawn. Single frame 2 sec exposure gave the Gondolas a little movement.

I shot the scene both with and without the boat movement. In the end, I also preferred the movement.

Love the movement, framing, and the fact that on my screen the colors don't scream "super-saturated-look-at-me". More like what I remember, making an extrapolation for the light that you had on this day.

Thanks Raymond. Yes, the morning was serene and I wanted the image to reflect that, I kept the processing as natural as possible.

It looks that way Epphoto. The great thing is that although we were standing in almost the same place, photographing the same subjects, our images are different in meaningful ways. This is what makes photography so wonderful!
