So far I've only used my original generation TS-E 90/2.8 and 45/2.8 on the R6II. Everything worked as expected. One nice addition when used on mirrorless, is the focus assist feature - the one where divergent triangles converge as the correct focus is achieved. This focus assist can be moved around the image area like an AF point and will tell you how close you are to optimal focus when tilting the focus plane to optimize sharpness across a plane not parallel to sensor. With DSLRs you either had to eyeball this in the viewfinder or use the rear display and live view, but without the benefit of the focus assist feature. Additionally you can choose to use focus peaking for a very quick visualization of focus placement.

what kind of experience are you looking for? I use my 24II TS-E on the R5 with and without drop in filters - quite an useful addition! it becomes a little front heavy as with many bigger adapted EF lenses. Otherwise everything works just as good if not better on the R5 compared to the 5Ds I had in the past.

I just sold my 24 TSE II in trade for an RF 70-200 f4 to complete my R5 lens collection. It is too valuable a lens to use it as little as I have.
This is just an alternative opinion: I have the 14-35 which I think will provide the same capability in a much more general and portable lens. The TSE 24mm is basically a 15mm lens that one can shift the FOV around in for various purposes. I can crop a 5K image from anywhere in an R5 image taken with the 14-35 for essentially the same effect. The tilt function is replaced by focus stacking. The ultimate IQ of the cropped image may not match that directly from the TSE but it should be good enough for my uses. While there may be cases where the TSE will do what cannot with the 14-35, I'm much more likely to have the zoom with me.

I have used ts17 and ts24 lots on R5. It works great.
My only negative is that the R5 has an AA, whereas 5dsr did not. I Thus R5 requires more sharpening. I think that the 5dsr had more resolution (more mpx and no aa) but it's close enough that it's not noticeable in print. I continue to hope that Canon drops the AA and puts out more mpx R5ii. [but not likely because they are worried about video]. The R5 has such an improvement in fps, af that unless you are exclusively landscape, the R5 is better.
The big positive is that the flip in adapter, means that Ts24, TS17 do not require changing filters -- this is great.

Have the 24, 45 and 90 (older EF versions). Never been more useful than with the R5. The tilty/flippy screen is great with setting up shots. The filter adapter makes it better than using an RF T/S. Image quality is better with the new RF lenses, but for old EF glass, these always hit above their weight. It's a really nice combo.

What new RF lenses? AFAIK there have been rumors of RF T/S, but nothing concrete yet.
