This is the gold standard of film scanners. I have used it regularly for four years for 6x6, 6x7, Xpan, and 35mm scans and it has performed flawlessly. This scanner made my fall in love with film again, because it produces excellent scans that look the way your film is meant to, with very little effort.
The scanner is in working condition. I have had it cleaned and inspected once in the last two years, by an independent shop. It is in running order, and comes with a PCI Firewire card, original box and documents, 3 original film trays (35mm strip, 35mm slide, and 120 strip), as well as a custom 3d printed holder I had made that includes a better masking system for 6x6 and 6x7, as well as anti-newton ring glass. All in all, a great package which I am reluctantly selling to make room for some other projects.
