This past Friday I was walking through NYC's "Meat Packing District" which is known for its fancy, high end fashion stores. What caught my attention was the Louis Vuitton store whose interior had been transformed into a Yayoi Kusama painting. I'm always fascinated by Kusama's paintings, so I went inside to look. I asked the security guard at the door if I could take photos and he said sure. I felt like I was being transported to a different world.
I find this store extremely unique and creative Steve. I am not familiar with the painter.
But what you captured here is superb!
I find your control of light, in ALL your images excellent, and detail and texture are not affected by your settings.
Despite that differences of illumination(reflections, flares from the accys the "dummies" are sitting on, front door, store lighting etc...) I dont find conflicts that take my focus away from the "subject".
VERY well done brother!

Kusama is an amazing painter Dan. Here's a brief description of her style from google:
"Kusama's art shows her long-term fascination with organic repetitive patterns, vigorous and psychedelic colours, reflection, electric lights, and infinite space. Her vibrant, fascinating, magical work has an almost hallucinatory intensity."
