"Gift of the Wind" is a local landmark, erected in the 80s. Standing tall over the local subway, the wings (or rather, ice cream cones) rotate slowly on a pivot tumbling over each other in perpetuity symbolizing the rite of passage for any waffle cone enjoyer who's lost motor control of their sugary treat
