I plan to visit Snow Monkey park in 3 weeks. I debate to bring either the 100-200 or 100-400 zoom. Did you crop your photo with the 135mm lens?

I actually cropped in quite a bit. 70-200mm is actually perfect for monkeys in the pool. 100-400mm for pool and more (the monkeys run around the park).
Given the time you are going, I would suggest the 100-400m, because it is getting warm. The monkeys bath usually during cold weathers. To maximize your chances of taking photos of them bathing, get there first thing in the morning when they open (allow 35 mins to hike from the parking lot to the ticketing center). If they are not in the pool, the 400mm would be super welcomed for the reach and you can get great captures of monkeys playing around in the area.
