Nice job from a waterfall that was literally near my family home 1/2 my life! A place a person can shoot all day long!!
There are now a couple of ways to go down, including one that is unnecessarily steep (not the one with the ropes). Take the one with the ropes. Go slow (a client tore his hand requiring stitches last year, the last time I took folks) and don't carry a ton of poundage, and stay for a day working the scene like crazy! Fit folks who are used to mud and steep terrain, and getting into the cold water (chest waders?) will find this pretty easy. But those who are not accustomed to doing these things may think it a bit radical. The scene is radical!

Thanks Mark! That's good advice for folks on access to the falls. When I was there, I was with a small group, it was with in June and we took the route with the ropes. We stayed about half a day and really worked the scene. This image was my favorite. I'm a retired wildlife biologist and an active fly fisherman used to navigating fairly difficult terrain and water and your advice definitely should be taken into consideration by anyone looking to access this admittedly radical scene! Thanks again for your kind and helpful words! Steve
