p.1 #1 · Mystical? Eerie?

In one of those unusual rainy days (we got about 2" of rain in a single which is a lot for Phoenix, AZ). I headed out to Lost Dutchman State Park in search of the missing gold

I sure was greeted with an extremely beautiful / mystical low clouds trying to gobble up the Superstition Mountains.

As always comments / suggestions welcome.

Great shots! Very brooding and atmospheric. The first one is my favorite out of the three.

Beautiful work. Of the three, I choose #1 for the real plot here is in the fog and mountain.

These are great! I'm partial to #3 myself butt would love to see #2 done in a black and white process. May take some work, but I really think the contrast with the fog, dark mountains and bright cactus would really make it pop.

Yessss! The Superstitions never looked better to me! I have seen them with snow, but this misty fog is just amazingly beautiful! Well done.
