These were taken at Arches NP 7 years ago. I was just processing some images I shot this fall in the Moab area, and decided to redo these raw files also.
It can be really helpful and instructive to go back and process that older work. What a light show in both images. You're really making me yearn to be there to see this in person through your work.
I like both but #2 is a nice different perspective with some lovely light. Doubt you could get that shot now without photoshopping out a lot of other people. Bob

Fantastic light you captured there, especially in the clouds!
Thanks. I always wonder if light reflecting off the ground adds to the color.

Very nice imaging Dale. Good of you to go back and give those older ones a new life.
Thank you Jeffrey. I hope my processing skills have improved over 7 years. I remember posting version 1 of the arch. Jim Fox jumped all over me for over-processing and offered me some new tips and techniques to try. He was spot on.

Nice work. Did you clone out any people in the Delicate Arch shot? If not that's incredible to have it to yourself!
Hi Jim thank you. Yes, I had to clone one person out on the right edge. A couple stood under the arch making out for 10 min before the shot. Maybe that is why the sky is so red.

What a nice comment, thank you. I agree, a lot can be learned going back.

Thank you very much. I had to jam the tripod against a rock wall to get the 3 rock stacks in the image. I only had to clone out one person. Luckily it was not a big crowd this evening.
