Incredible scenery Joshua. I feel I'm being treated to landscapes with careful inclusion of wildlife and each compliments the other. You visions and compositions here are outstanding my friend. I think the zooms were the correct choice for this outing, you covered it all in great detail. YGMV

What a stunning set of images Joshua. I’m on a ship about to cross the equator headed to Samoa but had to comment on this terrific set of images.
Louie, thank you very much for taking the time on your trip to leave a generous comment. Enjoy your trip to Samoa and take a lot of pictures!
Joshua,
These are classic Sossusvlei...
I love images like this series, as they tell a story about where and how animals live and survive. "Animal landscape" images pique my imagination and keep me glued to the photo. All of these are great shots. I especially like the photos with shadow forms and small animals in big landscapes...

Beautiful set, Joshua. You have done a very nice job of presenting the Oryx and Ostrich in the context of the landscape, especially the Ostrich shot.
Thanks for sharing,
Gero

Beautiful set. Makes me want to fast forward to our planned trip there next year!
Thank you very much, ifaynshteyn! You will enjoy Sossusvlei; it is definitely a unique place. I would recommend taking a helicopter flight early in the morning.
Awesome set of images, Joshua. That location really lends itself to wider shots and you took good advantage. Which never occurs to me when I'm shooting. Really well done.
