Just a few thoughts ..... for me its a little on the yellow side on hair and skin. Would like to see the eyes selectively sharpened a bit more perhaps. C&C but only my opinion as you request.

Thank you very much Karl. You are probably right about the yellow, and I backed off my original sharpening on the eyes, perhaps I should revert to my original settings.
Derek, Your connection with her made this beautiful open expression possible. In an odd way it is like it was meant for you and no one else - almost too intimate. I'm I projecting - probably. She is gorgeous!

Derek its a great capture. I wouldn't presume to critique the skin / hair color as I have never seen this young lady and quite frankly your interpretation is more important.
