Please - Can someone post a legitimate phone number for TL customer support. Maybe it is in front of me and I just do not see it. Have tried and tried but I cannot see how to get anyone at TL to help. Seems like everything now is self-help QA.
My Sharpen stopped working (error message).
Thanks
Robert
Edit: Last night I had placed a request in their chat box. But there was no "SEND" button showing, so that I could not send the message. I just went back (after above post) and tried again. The "Send" button was there and it is live. I sent my request and hope they respond within next 8 hours, as they indicated they usually do.

The best that I could find was the following: https://www.contactcustomerservicenow.com/contact-topaz-labs-customer-service/
which lists a phone number of 1-972-432-7145 (I have not tried this, so can not confirm).
To me, it is not a good sign that a company does not want to talk with its customers.
Good luck!
Tech companies prefer using technology to communicate with customers and a phone isn't really tech. It's quite common to not offer phone support, at least with smaller companies. Frankly, I hate talking to customer support personnel. Give me email/chat communications anytime.

Does it matter which form of communication is preferred by customers? Serious question there. IMHO, the answer to that question tells me something about the company.
There are plusses and minuses of different forms of communication. Sometimes talking on the phone is the most efficient and effective way to communicate. Sometimes e-mail and chat sessions are best. Sometimes having a paper trail of communication is best. I prefer having all these choices in how to communicate.
I have information for all now. I owe it to you because I asked the question in the first place :
Topaz responded relatively promptly via the net. Thanks for that. Apparently Topaz has now corrected my problem(s) with them. I still have to run everything and double check the account.
One lady there did a remarkable job of going through all the problems and apparently correctly every one of them.
And she also said I had a free copy of Topaz Photo AI coming to me and she added it to what I "own" now. Did I even want it? No. But in the long run, we who use Topaz may end up liking Topaz Photo AI..
It is important to know that Topaz is striving to improve/perfect Topaz Photo AI. But I do not think that we will lose S,D, and G as separate programs/apps. I really hope not. And you can still manually tweak inside Topaz Photo AI (which is quite automatic).
If I understand the options they gave me, for $99 I can upgrade S,D and G in January. I think I am ok with that.
Sometimes re-installing it can solve an issue. With a Mac sometimes the play list screws things up. Every year or so DPP 4 crashes and I do is delete the playlist. Good thing you called because or Topaz AI.
I'm interested in the Topaz AI. I don't have gigapixel and I don't often go to DeNoise AI first but I really like Sharpen AI. On1 will be releasing NoNoise combined with Tack Sharp which is similar to Sharpen AI. I already have NoNoise. I'm curious to what DXO's PureRaw 3 will have to offer so I'm going to wait for a bit.
