Pretty amazing place...my first time and it was all inspiring and provided the same sensation of when I first flew into the Hindu Kush in Afghanistan in 2012...just breath taking...

Impressive view. This reminds me of the perspective from (if I'm recalling correctly it has been a while) McKinley state park.
When I visited (during a 1100-mile bicycle ride from Skagway to Anchorage) we took the familiar bus ride out to "see" it in the park, and as predicted the summit was not visible. (It had been briefly visible the previous evening from our camp at, IIRC, Savage River.)
But after we left the national park and headed toward Anchorage we stopped at an overlook that, I recall, provided a view much like this one.
Very likely, heading south from Denali to Anchorage, you would see pull offs...the north view and then several miles south the south view...so very likely the same
